Be the voice of Veezio Solutions and help our users get the most out of our apps.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via Crisp chat and email
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions
- Collect and relay user feedback to the product team
- Create and maintain help documentation and FAQs
- Identify common issues and suggest product improvements
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in Czech and English
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer service
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience with support tools (Crisp, Intercom, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in tech or app support
- Knowledge of productivity apps
- Experience writing help documentation
