Be the voice of Veezio Solutions and help our users get the most out of our apps.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Crisp chat and email
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions
  • Collect and relay user feedback to the product team
  • Create and maintain help documentation and FAQs
  • Identify common issues and suggest product improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in Czech and English
  • Patient and empathetic approach to customer service
  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Experience with support tools (Crisp, Intercom, or similar)
  • Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in tech or app support
  • Knowledge of productivity apps
  • Experience writing help documentation
