Help us craft the AI experiences that power our apps by designing and optimizing prompts for large language models.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate on prompts for LLM-powered features
- Collaborate with product team to define AI behavior and responses
- Analyze and improve AI output quality and consistency
- Document prompt patterns and best practices
- Stay current with latest developments in LLMs and prompt engineering
Requirements
- Experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
- Attention to detail and systematic approach to testing
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
- Background in UX writing or conversational design
- Programming skills (TypeScript, JavaScript)
